05 / 0601:30 · 20 min · COMMIT · THE FIRST TEST
What is the smallest test that can teach us something?
Choose one place, one host and a clear first group. Agree what should change for them and what the team will look for. Keep the test small enough to run, complete enough to make a decision.
QUESTION FOR THE ROOM
What would make you run it again, change it or leave it there?
- Exercise
- Name an owner and date for each action. Set the starting point, the way you will observe change and the threshold for continuing, adapting or stopping. Fix the next decision date before leaving the room.
- Expected output
- A bounded pilot, owner map and evidence threshold ready for commissioning.
- Presenter notes
- Do not count a full room as the answer. Look for the change you came to test, and ask the people who took part what made it matter.
