Where does the first move become hard?

A pattern travels only as far as the local situation allows. Choose one group in one place. Describe what they want to do, then find the moment where confidence, cost, access or social expectation gets in the way.

QUESTION FOR THE ROOM

What would this look like in the life of one person—not in a strategy deck?

Exercise
Write one sentence about who is there, what they want and what makes it difficult. Keep participant testimony separate from what the room is inferring. Ask who might not recognise themselves in this account.
Expected output
A decision-worthy human tension, with knowns, inferences and missing evidence separated.
Presenter notes
If the sentence could describe any audience in any city, bring it closer to a real situation.
